如果只是问+/-的意思的话:+表示阳性,-表示阴性.
看意思这个是做的不同方法敲除Tet1基因效率的比较 ,+/+就是双阳性,就是Tet1都正常.-/+就是Tet1的一个等位基因敲除,一个阴性一个阳性.-/-就是Tet1双基因敲除,双阴性.图a就是通过不同的注射方法对新生小鼠处理,其结果导致Tet1的上述三种不同基因型分别所占处理小鼠的百分比.
应该是这个意思哈,可以肯定的是+代表阳性也就是‘含有’的意思,-代表阴性也就是‘没有’的意思.
